• Five clean and airy horse 12x12 stalls with electric and good lighting (NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE)

• Paddock behind horse stalls for turnout
• Circle driveway for easy trailer turn-around
• Big South Fork horse trails are just outside your door! If you’re not an equestrian and just want to getaway plan on biking or hiking any horse trail in the park or wet a line in the Cumberland River!
• No pets
Four person rate is $150.00 per night and $20.00 per person each additional visitor. No more then 6 a night.
Cleaning fee $50.00.
3 Night Minimum for: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
