Kicking Back Cabin is located in the large equestrian
community of Spruce Creek Acres in Jamestown, Tn., and borders the beautiful Big
South Fork National River and Recreation Area.
Our cabin features over 1,800 sq.
ft. of living area and is fully furnished with everything you need for the
ultimate getaway! The cabin features a large living area with a fireplace, and
plush leather sofas, spacious dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, large
master bedroom with a jacuzzi and shower in the master bath,
2 bedrooms and a
full bath upstairs, a 1/2 bath for guests downstairs, and large covered front
and back porches.

3 BR- 1 Queen and 1 Full upstairs, 1 Queen in Master.
2 Queensize Pillowtop Aerobeds for extra guests. (Linens/Pillows provided).
2 Full baths and one ½ bath.
Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom.
Gas fireplace.
Washer and Dryer.
Gas Grill.
All linens, pillows, paper products furnished.
Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash furnished.
Hair Dryers in both Full Baths.
2 Guest Robes in each Full Bath.
Complimentary Hot Chocolate, Coffee, Hot Tea, Popcorn.
Satellite TV, DVD player, VCR, and lots of movies.
Plenty of seating on the large front and back porches.
5 stall barn a tack room,
and wash area. We also have 2 16x16 corrals, so we can accommodate up to 10
horses
Our stalls are $10 per night.
Rates
New Prices effective 8-1-2007
· Due to recent upgrades made to the cabin (hot tub, TV's in the bedrooms,
etc..) our prices will be changed effective August 1, 2007. Rental per night
will be $150.00 per night for the first 4 people, then $20 per additional person
over 12 and $5 per additional child under 12 per night. Children under 2 are
free.
Beginning August 1, 2007 the cleaning fee will be $45.00 per stay. Any customers
who booked with us before August 1, 2007 under the previous rule will fall under
the old rule and will remain the same for any future visits.
· 2 night minimum, 3 nights for holidays
· Stay 6 nights, get the 7th night free
· Deposit = 1 nights stay for a 2-5 night stay, 2 nights for stays over 5
nights.
· 21 day cancellation policy
· NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABIN
· State tax of 9.5% and lodging tax of 5% must be added to your fees.
· We provide a barn with 5 stalls, wash, & tack room at the cabin and available
for $10 per night per stall. We also have 2 16x16 corrals that can hold up to 5
horses at $5 per horse per night.
· We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIERS
CHECKS. WE ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS with 21 or more days clearance time.
Policies
Pets Allowed at $25 per Pet PER VISIT with restrictions.( PLEASE INQUIRE)
Phone is provided, however no long distance, bringing a calling card is
recommended, as cell phone service is not optimal.
The cabin sleeps 6 guests in the bedrooms, and 2 Queen-size pillowtop aerobeds
are provided with pillows and linens to accommodate 4 additional guests. Max
Occupancy is 10 persons.
Check in time is 3:00PM Central. Check out is 11:00AM central. Late check out
can be arranged for $25 extra if the cabin is not rented out for the following
day. Early check IN is possible on SOME DAYS at no extra charge, just inquire.
There is an INFORMATION/POLICY guide in the cabin. It also contains important
phone numbers, maps, restaurant guides & brochures about the Big South Fork area. There is
also a GUEST BOOK that we respectfully ask our guests to take a moment to sign
and answer a few questions so that we may use your comments to help us better
serve our guests in the future.
