dining area with queen sized sofa bed, kitchenette;
washer and dryer. Sheets, towels, basic cutlery and
dishes, microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator.
Wall unit A/C and heat. Ceiling fans.
Barn Accommodations:
4 stalls and two large turnout paddocks, tack room,
sitting area in barn aisle, wash rack with hot water.
Trailer Accommodations :
Pull through driveway, full hook-up including
sewage dump for living quarter trailer, grill and
picnic table.
Other Accommodations:
Owner lives on premises. Just ask and most of your
needs can be met - from guided trail rides to
breakfast, lunch for the trail and even dinner.
Wireless and local and domestic long distance
phone services are available. Cell service is
unreliable in the area. International calls require
calling card or prior arrangement.
