Ride your horse in the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area!! Timber Ridge Horse Camp is adjacent to the trail head that takes you directly into the Big South Fork Park where you can enjoy endless miles of horse trails. No need to ride along the hwy, When you leave the campground, Your on the trail head into the Big South Fork State Park. You will not need to load to go, just saddle up your horse from your campsite and go.
Timber Ridge offers 24 shady And lighted campsites with electric and water hook ups. Several pull through campsites are available. Each site has a picnic table and a clean fire pit.
Timber Ridge Horse Campground has a large enclosed common area for anyone to use. This common area offers a fully equipped kitchen area with microwave, Stove, Oven, Coffee pot, Fridge. We also offer a 61 inch flat screen Television with with satellite and leather couch chair and love seat for your enjoyment.
Our modern heated bath houses are clean and welcoming..
Timber Ridge Horse Campground offers one 40 stall barn and one 10 stall to accommodate your horses located close to the campsites. Each stall is 10 x 10 and will be stripped, Limed, and freshly bedded awaiting your horses arrival.

of you who want to spend a day of exploring our miles and miles of scenic trails
